They pulled the fuel tank at the old elementary school a couple of weeks ago and it's sat here ever since. I walk the dog past it almost every morning. He was skittish about this large object at first, being just a puppy, but now runs up to it to see if any other dogs have marked it in the last 24 hours.

well, define toxic... it's an 10,000 gallon underground storage tank for heating oil removed from the site of an old elementary school.
